We will recommend books,sites and othe material for you to use.Take a look at this clip for example...it is based on a book called 'The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy' and it contains a definition of movie trailers.
(Click on the title 'Thriller Trailers' to get an excellent description of shot types. This will be very useful for your storyboards.)
